RC Trade Show2019 Theme, Sustainability

Venture Food Trucks had a great time at the largest Canadian foodservice and hospitality trade show of the year. RC Show is a trade show and conference with networking events designed to bring brands to life across all categories. This year, we decided to not only bring a state of the art custom food truck but a shipping container kitchen as well.  The show food truck and container were carefully designed and branded. Both units showcase the skill and craftsmanship of our creative designers and trusted crew metal workers team.

Show Food Truck and Container Exterior:

We picked Pantone Living Coral (color of the year) and blue depth for the food truck’s wrap general background color. These two colors in conjunction with our Aqua blue container creates a naturally vivid and chromatic ecosystem scene embracing our Golden 30-year logo. Our strong organic colour scene represents the 2019 Trade show “Sustainability” theme.

Show Food Truck Interior Details:

  • 24″ Propane Griddle, 24″ Char-Broiler, 40lb fryer, and 4 Burner oven, 22 CU True brand fridge, and 48″ venture brand cold prep table.
  • 8ft exhaust hoods with fire suppression system, liquid propane gas fuel system, and electrical system. 3+1 compartment sink with 20Gal fresh and wastewater tanks as well as 2.5 gal Water heater.
  • 10,000KW Honda generator built-in w/ 50 amp upgrade
  • 46″ LED menu board
  • Sound package
  • Air conditioning
  • Aluminum alloy rims
  • Chef window,
  • Diamond plate in the cab
  • Drink display under service window with LED around drink display
  • NYC Skylight
  • The enclosed cabinet above the sink
