Lady M x Baccarat Dessert Truck Built by Venture Food Trucks Debuts in Manhattan
Venture Food Trucks is proud to be the manufacturer of the first Lady M x Baccarat Dessert Truck. The truck officially launched in July 2019 in NYC at Baccarat’s 5th Avenue storefront and hits the road this October. The cake truck will make stops throughout the US until it reaches its final destination of California. Lady M will focus on pop-up events, serving slices and whole cakes. The cake boutique, founded in 2001, made famous for their Signature Mille Crepes cake made with “No less than 20 layers”, and in a variety of delicious flavours including early grey, and salted caramel.
So, what makes this food truck so unique?
Billed as a “Million Dollar Cake Truck”, the vehicle is adorned with $40 000 worth of Baccarat Crystal chandeliers and sconces, which hang elegantly from both sides of the truck. The graphics on the truck are designed by 3D artist Kurt Weinner. Therefore, the final result is nothing short of spectacular. You can see the detail work everywhere – even the truck roof is fully wrapped!
This 24’ Lady M x Baccarat Dessert Truck, completed by Venture Food Trucks. This truck consists of complete stainless steel interior, custom cabinetry, and NSF finishes. There are service windows on each side of the food truck, and a New York skylight to let in the sun. The 8’x8’ walk-in cooler addition allows for the storage of hundreds of cakes. A 20KW Diesel Generator, which is an ample power supply runs the equipment.
When the Lady M x Baccarat Dessert Truck pulls up to its destination, you can’t miss it. The Baccarat crystal chandeliers are lit up, the windows are open, and tables are set out front. It’s an experience. All in all, the truck is an incredible build that will impress for years to come.
