Another build for Kings Dominion Amusement Park. This truck focuses on a fish and chips menu. Since there is 22’ worth of kitchen space, the truck can comfortably accommodate multiple chefs at once.  The cooking equipment in this truck is propane fuelled, and for lots of frying, this is the option we recommend. There is no service window on this truck, instead simply a grab and go window where guests can choose the item they want, and pay for it at a nearby Kiosk. If you have the space, this is a great idea to minimize wait time for your customers during peak times of the day.
