We had so much fun building this mobile cookie truck for the popular Toronto bakeshop Craig’s Cookies, and we are so excited to see the cookie concept hit the road! The 16′ food truck has everything on board to bake, including a mixer, oven, tons of enclosed storage, and prep space. There are also many extra custom features that set this food truck apart from others. There is a New York skylight, cookie display, LED menu screen, retractable awning, backlit marquee with a logo, and more! Craig’s Cookies also chose bright pink and fun graphics to match their store branding. When designing a food truck, it’s important to consider how you can make your branding and product stand out, and Craig’s Cookies did this perfectly!

If you live in the city, it will be impossible to miss the signature pink truck cruising down the busy streets. Craig’s Cookies has multiple locations around Toronto and even one in St John’s Newfoundland. A cookie truck naturally makes sense for the growing brand and will surely be a welcome addition to the food truck scene.   

The Craig’s Cookie truck will focus on special events and catering in Toronto, the GTA, and surrounding rural areas that otherwise wouldn’t be able to get their hands on the signature stuffed cookies. You might see Craig’s Cookie’s at a music festival or special event in the city, or at a wedding doing private catering!
